Upgrade from 2.3.x beta to 2.4.2 stable

Just finished the upgrade of b2evo to a stable version. It was way much easier than I first thought. A simple backup of all old files, copying the new ones over and adding the old skin did the trick in 3 mins (Ok ok, the server backup took way longer). No DB troubles or similar stuff. But to be honest, I needed to check the release notes of 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 in order to figure out whats really new, except the stat colors.

The next task is to find a new and worthy header image. The current is way too depressive ...
